Review on Camco Adjustable Screen Door Deluxe Grille - Ultimate Protection for RV Door Screen, Adjustable Size, Black (43993) by Eric Miller

I bought one of these in silver a few years ago and it was a great product. Now I have a new motorhome and I ordered one in black. The quality is terrible. They used the thinnest and softest aluminum channel they could find. Folds easily with a light touch of your finger. Assembled with rivets that don't even come close. The whole thing pivots on rivets that hold the square frame together an inch outside the square in either direction. And everything rumbles like crazy. Imagine trying to enjoy a smooth ride when this thing rattles all the time. The black powder coating is incomplete, bright silver is visible in many places. It wouldn't hold my chihuahua let alone a normal sized dog or toddler. I was looking forward to installing this on my RV's screen door but am very disappointed. Camco usually sells good products, but this one is a failure in my opinion.
