This product came once, it was exactly as described, it was vacuumed, when I deflated the bag the pillow began to form immediately, I let the pillow sit within 24 hours to let it take its full shape I didn't really see much of a difference but was still happy to sleep with a pillow when I first put it on one of the pillows.
