I bought two of these devices, one for my computer and one for entertainment. It looks solid, the case is made of very durable metal. Unfortunately, it makes a very annoying buzz when you plug something into it. Strangely, it doesn't make any noise when you plug something into the first two sockets. With other outputs, the noise is amplified. I suspect this is due to the perceived isolation between outlet banks, which seems to exacerbate the problem. Not worth returning, but suffice it to say I will not be buying this make/model again. Let the buyer be alert.
