8 crashes while running Zwift

I bought it because it's a lot cheaper than Garmin and I needed a second install to run two programs (Zwift and TrainerRoad) at the same time. My Garmin works great, no crashes. With this device I had 8 drops last night during the TT (in 1/2 hour). This is unacceptable and ends up in the trash. It connects and is simple, but it does not work stably. Unfortunately, this is an unreliable device.
