Only used a few times. But it's a nice little vacuum. I needed a second vacuum upstairs so I didn't have to carry the Dyson up and down. This is convenient for quick cleaning. Best on non-carpet. To use it on carpets you have to set it to a higher setting, which uses a lot of battery. It doesn't matter to us because we only use it for what we need and then charge it. If you have a lot of floors to cover and most of them are carpeted, this vacuum is not for you. We mostly have tile and hardwood, but we're fine with small areas of carpet. The brackets and the length adjustment are also a very nice addition.
