Easy to learn and use as well as adaptable as your business grows. Provides all options for pricing for any customer from small businesses or non-profits to large corporations with multiple departments. Pricing for large organizations is difficult but I think this is due to how complex their needs are. We love it especially because we can quickly and easily add new clients without having to worry about compatibility issues with the system. This is something I wish there were easier ways for us to find as a part of the package but I understand it is not an easy task to provide something like that for every client. It was one thing when our entire system seemed to be on paper; however, over time customers began asking for quotes online, which was great! The ability to create custom fields for reports/quotes etc. I dislike how it's not as user friendly as other programs out there but you can get used to it if needed. It would be nice if they offered an "out-of-the box" solution with all features included instead of needing to customize everything yourself (i.e., creating my own workflow). We are able to track our orders through this program which helps us keep up with inventory levels in real time.
