I liked this stroller the moment I bought it. . . Until I actually used it. I have this travel stroller and it falls forward on every *tiny* bump it hits, including sidewalk cracks! I literally couldn't walk my daughter to the next block because the stroller couldn't go through a 1 inch uneven crack in the sidewalk. I've included a video showing this. I contacted the company by turning on the video and they replied that as it is a lightweight stroller I have to squeeze the handle to raise the wheels while using it. I suspect they don't understand how a stroller actually works. How can you call this product a Jetaway stroller if it can't even maneuver down a Central American sidewalk? How about flying the cobblestone streets of France or traveling the wooden sidewalks of Thailand? Absolutely not. And most importantly, this stroller poses extreme danger to the child/toddler riding on it. It's one thing when a stroller just won't go, but if it falls forward when it hits a tiny bump, that's an extremely flawed design and, quite frankly, potentially fatal. I have never seen this on a stroller and this product needs to be recalled. It is irresponsible for the company to keep it in the market.
