The transponder chip worked as advertised on a 2003 Honda Pilot
One of my original keys had a damaged transponder. The key can still open the doors and turn on the ignition, but the engine will not start. I bought a keyless2go key to transfer the transponder chip to my damaged original key. I was able to successfully reprogram the original key with a new transponder chip.
- . This transponder key needs to be cut and programmed by a dealer or qualified locksmith.
