Our two year old is now obsessed with Thomas and as soon as we got him out of the dryer he wanted to put him on. It's a bit big for him, but we ordered a size up because we knew he was going to grow up soon. It's a nice soft cotton but the decal feels like vinyl or something thicker material but it doesn't bother.
