DISAPPOINTED on Tools & Accessories

hi so i ordered from you. But when I received the package I was upset because the pen tubes when I apply lip gloss and then a small cap and then part of the wand cap fall off. Of all of them I thought it was once it was a WHOLE pencil and I was looking forward to getting the school collection back but I don't think so and the only reason it's 3 stars is because what a different one job
