I'm a marathon runner and life coach and I've wanted this for so long! I don't have time to get a massage that often because I have kids and a life! Well, and $$$. So I can treat myself to a high-quality trigger point massage. I have a prof. experience in manual therapy. But even if you don't, it's safe to say that this is an easy-to-use, portable, and reliable (battery holds up well) device that can be used as either an athlete or "just" a desktop person, which will not hurt small active release. for tensing muscles (and fascia, connective tissue). I had a question for the company and they were very responsive and friendly which is a big plus for me. I can absolutely recommend it from my own experience.
