This is by far my favorite running belt and I've tried many: Flip Belt, Spibelt, Amphibelt, etc. Here's why I think it's the best: 1) The material doesn't chafe like some others (the Flip Belt gives me one bad time). The nylon and spandex blend is very soft against the skin and is non-irritating. 2) Has 2 zippers. Zippers are a must for me because when I'm running fast, it's not enough to hold an expensive phone to my body. My phone fell out when using a different strap which only relied on turning the strap inside out and attaching it to my body. If you run fast enough and long enough, the phone can crawl out of these spaces, so a zip is required. The second zipper is good because I usually have a phone in the front and gels in the back. That way, if my gels somehow puncture or leak, they never leave sticky goo on my phone! (Happened to me with other belts!) 3) It's easy to wash. One piece of advice I'll pass along: try running it around your waist instead of hugging your hips. Sometimes I put the belt on the outside of the clothing and the shirt underneath, but let the belt go up. It looks a bit silly, yes, but I feel like it works better for my step when I want to pick up the pace and listen to music from my AirPods. It might not be your thing, but I've found that wearing a waist belt makes running feel more natural.
