They are good for what they are. I didn't use the screws that came with it, I used my own dowels. I bought these for my daughter's dressing room to store her hats and small handbags. The nickel plating doesn't match the color of their leads, but since they're in the adjacent area and not next to the leads, it doesn't matter. The screw holes are close together which makes installation a bit tricky, but overall the installation was quick and the hooks are strong. I found the photo to be 100% accurate and for less than $2 each I am happy with my purchase. I'm actually pretty happy I'm ordering more (although I can see they're now exactly $2 each). Another order placed and received. They are good for organizing hats and "small" purses.
