Okay so I ordered 2 in the exact same size, for my twins. They came in two different packaging. So fine it is what it is. But the clear bagged item is clearly a returned item! The red and white tights are stained as well as snagged. This item will be returned and I’d like to get another of the same to replace it.I’ve never had to return something due to the fact that it was already use but besides the stains and snags in the tights there’s blond hairs within the outfit. My hair is freaking purple and pink (not kidding) and my twins have brown hair. Also this was a surprise purchase for both girls to dress the part of the Dr Seuss weekend for their bday. At this point in the morning I’ll have one try on the good outfit to make sure it fits properly if not the second will be returned as well. I’m shaking my head wondering why an item was returned, labeled again in a clear bag and shipped? Does not one person check the article of clothing before hand?
