Review on 🛂 Bellroy Leather Passport Cover with Enhanced Protection by Gina Williams

I have a phone case from Bellroy that I really like and the design is rather thoughtful and the build quality is pretty Well. The photos show a clean, flat, well sized/cut out and constructed item. The idea and design is great but the execution is a big flaw. First, the case doesn't sit flush with any size passport. This is because the ends "pucker" and don't touch/touch while the middle does, preventing it from closing properly and looking very sticky. It's even worse for a US State Department book with extra pages chosen by frequent travelers, which you're likely to advertise if you make a passfolio, since the cover is obviously not designed for it and won't close. not at all on par with this passport (forgot the vaccination card in the passport!). Second, the build quality is pretty poor. The photos would lead you to believe it's clean and well cut, but the bond between the inner and outer leather was rough and the gluing/welding process was messy and it showed. These weren't the clean, straight lines shown or promised, and of course they didn't even cost $25, let alone 6x that! , and was disappointed it was the opposite.
