Review on ChooChoo by Scott Chen

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing some new furniture from ChooChoo's web store. I'll tell you right now, it was a total failure. They had a mediocre selection of sitting room furniture, to put it mildly. Nothing I looked for fit my taste or my money. And let's not even begin to discuss their choice in kitchen and living room furnishings. Yawn! Their website is challenging to use and unclear. When I finally did locate what I was searching for, the ordering procedure was a complete nightmare. My order took forever to place, and it took much longer than expected to appear. Their inept and uncaring customer service served as an additional insult. They made no attempt to address my dissatisfaction with the transaction and didn't appear to care that I was unhappy. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at ChooChoo's website. I was frustrated and disappointed by the train wreck of an encounter. Go somewhere else if you want to buy furnishings for yourself.
