The product suited me, I will recommend it to my friends.

In general, I like the keyboard. Its width corresponds to the width of a 15" laptop, on the lid of which it can be placed when the laptop is connected to an external monitor. And this is with the keypad (numeric keypad), which is important to me.
A short Shift on an island keyboard is not such a serious drawback as on a classic one (and in general this is a matter of habit).
The Unifying receiver made it possible to bind a Logitech mouse (which itself supported unifying, but came with a regular receiver).

Pros

Beautiful, compact and lightweight. unifying receiver.

Cons

Glossy black surface that shows fingerprints. But it seems that there are also non-glossy keyboard options. The build is not perfect. may creak a little in the hands. Branded Logitech shortened left Shift, for the sake of an additional dubious key. In place of one CapsLock indicator, it was possible to stick 2 - CapsLock and NumLock
