Review on 20-Inch Acrobird PL 20 Pet Toy with 2 Cups and Chains by Angela Ryg

This stand was purchased to replace a stand bought about 10 years ago which speaks for the quality of a product used daily by our migratory birds. As per previously published reviews, this bass group suffered from quality control. I shuddered when I realized this was the same item we were struggling with a few years ago due to mismatched parts and additional drilling required. I'm happy to report that the current product has all the pieces fitting together correctly, although it took a few taps on the sides of the ladder to get the screws to line up properly. However, there were still some shortcomings. There were no assembly instructions or a parts list. Judging by the pictures the first one might not be needed but the kit comes with different sized screws which I wasn't aware of until I used a smaller screw instead of a larger one. Also, the package came with a duplicate of one part but no other (the wrong conductor), a flaw I didn't discover until the unit was essentially assembled. I am happy to report that I received the correct replacement part 2 days after speaking to the dealer. .This is based on my experience and the fact that reviews often come from repeat buyers like me who, despite previous quality control issues, were willing to try again, presumably based on a positive experience with the final product. The assembled stand is excellent, my birds love it and it was as indestructible as any device used by birds can be. I would buy it again but hope the quality control improves even more
