I LOVE this bag. Bought for a trip in November. I've always been looking for a messenger style bag that isn't too big as I only use an iPad. This one is perfect for my needs. I carry my iPad, notebook, pens, reading book, phone and wallet and a small pocket for small items. I took this bag on a trip in November and December and then used it several times over the next few months. I was traveling this month in April and when I went home I noticed that one side of the strap was coming loose. I inserted an image. I ended up carrying the entire bag under my arm and not using the strap at all so as not to make matters worse. The rest of the bag is in perfect condition. I'm not picky about my stuff and I want it to last, especially when I've spent so much time looking for what I like. I don't overload either, I only take the bare essentials with me on the road and pack the rest in my luggage. That's why this bag was so perfect and I'm so disappointed that it started falling apart and I can't use it anymore.
