Review on Rex by Joey Gilbert

The ability for me as an admin to see who has reviewed and what they said about my business is great! I love that it allows us to respond in real time if needed. It's not always accurate or up-to-date so sometimes we don't get notified until days later (sometimes even weeks). Sometimes you can tell by their responses which ones are working well & which aren't. We've been able to improve our client service and make sure everyone knows how much we appreciate them when they leave a review - it really makes a difference!
