OK - I have loved my Neato ALWAYS since my husband bought it. two years ago? to me. I just had to replace the brush and read about using this updated brush to reduce the noise Neato makes. I just installed the brush and my neato is working. and I can even make phone calls while my Neato is working! I love it! Too bad I didn't get this brush for a LONG time! It's also easy to switch.
