Okay, pros and cons. Cons: The device is about 18 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter (reportedly) and quite heavy. Therefore, the installation under the sink is a little tight. However, I will say that I was able to put it under the sink with my pull out trash and disposal - so it's not too bad. You just have to remember that. The directives are minimal, and it would actually be nice if they defined the "In" and "Out" flow on the device itself, not just in the directive. Pros: - First let me say this. that Cuzn's customer service is excellent and responsive. The first unit I ordered came with a clearly defective brass connector. Apart from the defect, I was able to plug this device in and work without any leaks (which bothered me). In the meantime, when I saw the defect and hooked up this unit, I emailed Cuzn support. They responded quickly and asked for photos of the damage. I sent pictures. I informed them that I had successfully connected the device and they sent a replacement anyway, which I really appreciate. Ok - on to the product - I have a coffee roastery, so I brew and test coffee regularly. When I ran water through my $1000 coffee maker it left a white residue wherever it dried out, the water was awful. This could be significantly (almost completely) reduced by the incorporation of CuZn. It's like the water is getting softer too. - Taste etc.: Water tastes like water. like nothing. how it should be. In fact, if I pit tap water against this water, you will smell, see, and feel the difference. There's a world of difference in how water feels when you take a sip and swish it around in your mouth. Finally, there is a big difference in the smell of chlorine and the overall taste. . My water is heavily chlorinated, but as I said, a completely different smell between my regular faucet and water that comes through CuZn. You too can see the difference. Although it's harder to see, it looks a little more crystal clear than a regular glass of tap water. - Installation: Easy as pie. I hate doing plumbing and messing around with it so although I hate it. I have to say that the installation was pretty painless. Finale: Of course, that deserves my approval. In fact, I liked the results it gave with my coffee flavor and coffee maker so much that I bought a second unit and installed it in my kitchen, put a "drinking water" faucet on the sink and a "T" " installed. to my ice cream machine. My ice cubes are a lot cleaner and I threw away my pitcher and sold the filters on Craigslist. Maybe one day they will make a 55 gallon version of the drum that I can mount in line with my main drum.
