Quiet fan - no strong wind blows

Too tall for use as a window fan but not tall enough for a floor fan. High speed at low volume is not very strong and would be ideal for those looking for air circulation in the room. The design of the product is plastic and light. At first it seemed that the goods were cheap. Admittedly, my expectations in terms of product and performance were not met. Conclusion: If you need a silent vibration fan, this is the one for you. If you need a fan with strong airflow, forget this fan.
