Shark would rather you buy the entire power head for over $100!

But it is possible to change this hose. I accidentally noticed that it was broken when I looked at the device from behind. Low and now he was with a hole all over his back. Heck, no wonder the floors were left dusty :-)! First I went to the Shark website but no luck there. Then I looked on YouTube for a video specifically for my model (Professional), but unfortunately there is no such animal. There was a video for another model and it was useful although mine was slightly different. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish, I was just very careful when taking it apart. Come on, if I can do it, I know you can too!
