I bought two of these after seeing the Q&A where the seller said they work with spartan cameras. In my experience they don't work with Spartan Go cams (or GC-A4GB2 to be exact). The first camera burned out, wouldn't even turn on. I had to send it back to Spartan and luckily they sent me a new one under warranty. On the 2nd, I barely touched the solar connector of the 12V input and the camera was in setting mode when the camera immediately beeped and said that the voltage was too high, damage could occur. I turned the camera off and on again, made sure it was still working, and tried again. Same result. I haven't tested the solar panel output voltage, but my spartan cameras don't work at all with this solar panel. I'll just buy two Creative XP cameras to use the solar panels and leave the Spartan cameras on AA batteries. The solar cells are high quality (although the mounts are very cheap, I'd like something stronger) and I'm sure they will work great with the Creative XP cameras they were designed for.
