Missing half the parts.

Nice enough product for the money, but on arrival my first kit was missing more than half of the parts. Couldn't make even a single charm. Returned and reordered, second kit arrived quickly. Then ran into issues trying to return the first one. drove to the next town over three times before finding a UPS return site that was up and running.
