I was so disappointed in these. There was a lot of friction when closing drawers. Give it a push and it would only slide a few inches and then stop. At first I thought my measurements were off, and I was pinching the slides, but everything was dead on.I finally realized the lubricant they used is a very thick grease. It makes them quiet, but they don't slide well. I cleaned off the grease as best I could (there were big yellow chunks of it), and used a different lubricant, and now they work great. A slight push, and they slide all the way in and soft close. All told, it was an extra two hours to clean and re-lubricate 7 pairs of slides. I would not recommend these.
