Review on 🔌 Casablanca Concentra: Powerful Indoor Ceiling Fan with Convenient Pull Chain Control by Crystal Montanez

I had high expectations of the company that made this fan. For the first few months, it was truly one of the quietest, most efficient, and highly functional ceiling fans I've ever owned. But to my great surprise and great disappointment, it started clicking, creaking, and making all sorts of noises. Due to the fact that this article is only a few months old, I contacted Casa Blanca and then it all went straight to the toilet. They don't have customer service, they don't call back, they don't respond to calls and/or emails, they basically leave the customer hanging by a thread. I ended up going through the Hunter Fan Company which now owns Casa Blanca. A few calls later and with maximum frustration, I finally got a human on the phone. They referred me to the local lighting company for a warranty repair. It's been 3 weeks since we removed the fan and towed the motor to this lighting company as instructed. When I called to ask when this item would actually be refurbished all they could say was that they were awaiting approval and parts from Casa Blanca! If you can avoid buying one of these Casa Blanca fans, do it!
