I don't usually prefer bags with shoulder straps but this one is very comfortable to carry and stays on the shoulder. It is as spacious as a small/medium holdall. I got this to replace a medium sized backpack and I can fit more in this new bag. I love this bag! It seems to be of good quality but hasn't been for a long time. The whole bag is closed with a zipper, the zipper works perfectly. Inside there are 2 practical pockets, one with a zipper and one open. Both are of decent size and fit in a mid-sized smartphone. I would recommend if you are carrying a lot of small items or if the bag is "full" or full then use small/medium bags or totes so you don't lose items in the bag. Great as a handbag, day bag, night bag, lightweight weekend bag. So far the money has been well spent. I usually have to take a few bags with me when I go away for the day. Packed lunch or fridge, purse, day bag and diaper bag. I can only get by with this bag if I want to. Really my favorite bag I've had so far.
