Damaged iron TWICE.

I returned the first iron because it was damaged. I returned but the replacement looked the same so I thought it was supposed to look like this but after I taped the t-shirt I realized NO, it was sent back to me damaged. (or maybe the same one offended me) Very disappointing because I ruined a brand new shirt.
