Review on willway by Wensheng Dunbar

My experience with Willway's internet store did not live up to my expectations, which were quite high going into it. Although there was a sizable inventory of toys and games, the quality of the customer service was disappointing. Due to issues with my order, I was required to get in touch with their customer support on multiple occasions; however, each time I did so, I was met with representatives who were unhelpful and unfriendly. To make matters even worse, my shipment did not appear on time, and when it did, the packaging was broken. The quality of the merchandise was satisfactory, but the shopping experience as a whole was less than ideal. In the not too distant future, I plan to move my company elsewhere.
