Worst of the Worst - Earbud Headphones

These are the worst headphones I have ever had. can't be quieter. It's constant torture. Audio: The lowest volume is still too loud. The press-and-hold volume adjustment system is just plain idiotic. The pairing system cannot be reactivated on phones without first "forgetting” the device on the old device. Terrible. It was a complete waste of money. Worst product ever. Why so many good reviews?
