We used this service for an interview process to see if we would be hiring someone who had worked in our industry previously. It was easy to use, quick turnaround time (2 weeks vs 30 days), very thorough report provided at end of each day. I think it's best when you have several people involved in interviewing/deciding whether or not hire somebody - but they are still able to work together collaboratively without having conflicting opinions about what should happen next! This product helped us get over some initial objections from potential candidates and got them excited about working within our organization so their feedback could guide future decisions.
