I bought this bag to take with me to a trade show to carry literature and other items I picked up while there. This bag was great for that purpose. It folds up small and is easy to fit into a suitcase, but is still very sturdy and stylish when unfolded. Its capacity is also wonderful - I was able to fit a lot more in this bag than expected. I will definitely be using this bag again for future travel. It would work well as a personal item to supplement a larger carry-on suitcase, or as an extra bag to throw in your suitcase in case of "overflow" items (souvenirs, gifts) on the way back. It weighs next to nothing, and when it's all folded up, it takes up almost no room.
