The most helpful part is that you can do this with any video format, not just an mp4 file! You also don't have to upload it yourself - they handle all of those steps for us so we never lose our content or get charged extra fees because someone else uploaded something wrong (which happens sometimes). I'm still waiting though until my first batch gets reviewed by their team before i give them 5 stars but hopefully soon enough :) They've been super responsive when things go awry in uploading/reviewing etc., which has made me feel comfortable using them as opposed from some other platforms who are more difficult at times dealing out refunds due time constraints / limited customer support options available during peak hours like 6pm-12am EST US Eastern Time zone :P.
