Cute and flattery good for me

This is a cute dress. I am 4 ‘10 and busty. So the top portion of dress is tight. I ordered a small. A medium wouldn’t have fit in the other areas, it would have been too big. Overall, the dress is super cute and flattering. And would look great if I was less bustier. So if your a small frame and petite a small would fit great! It is a smidge longer in the arms, but again I am petite and this is not a petite dress. It looks abs feels exactly how I expected! Cute.
