Analog sticks don't offer true 360 degree movement. When you move with the analog stick, you snap in one of eight directions. The poles are also stiff and have a very small zone for slower movements, meaning it's very difficult to move at lower speeds. Aside from that, all button presses are firm (except for the D-pad, which is soft), the triggers are firm and don't seem to last long (grinding and scratching), and the bumpers make a loud mechanical noise. and require more strength than usual. The bezel was poorly installed, resulting in several jagged edges and protrusions along the left side. This controller is also very thick compared to another Xbox One controller I have. The only positive thing I can say about this controller is that it looks decent and connects to my PC quickly. Be careful buyers.
