Incorrectly cut holes in wooden parts
Holes not in the right places. You either have to make it yourself or send it back. So I'll make my own. Just get something better, made right at the factory. UPDATE: Back 15 minutes after I posted this, the hardware started breaking and tearing when I was tightening some of them. Don't buy, the whole return process is also PITA because I can't even get a return label, I can pick it up at a Revain locker just 30 minutes away or ask UPS to pick it up in my presence. Worst experience I've had with Revain in a long time.
