The best thing about this product is that it allows you to communicate with all of your staff members from one place. Allowing them to work together as a collective rather than having individual conversations helps keep everyone connected. It can be difficult at times when there are too many people trying to use fieldchat during busy hours or when someone has just been hired/fired so make sure you plan accordingly! Overall I think this tool works very well for our organization but sometimes can feel like a crowded room when lots of different employees are using this service simultaneously. We've realized how beneficial this software could help us out by allowing easy communication between supervisors and hourly workers alike. This has solved issues we had before such as having multiple people asking questions at once which caused confusion and frustration.
