As expected, the elasticated fabric fits around the waist for a variety of sizes. I often lend my costumes to friends, so having things that fit different sizes is a big plus. Plus, the stretch fabric at the waist allows you to turn the skirt up or down for the perfect length to match your suit. The fabric is a bit stiff but doesn't scratch. My only complaint is that the satin lining should have been more flared to allow for more freedom of movement. I'll probably open the seam to make a cut. Other than that, it's great.
