Good material and feel
It was very easy to replace them. Now I have a short shifter, a polyurethane grommet and now this. Shifts feel very precise and feel good. The only downside I could think of is that it can be a bit noisy, especially when you shift gears. This is a great product. Be sure to tighten the bolts to the 50-60 in-lb specification.
