CJESLNA has terrible customer service and only a limited selection of products.

Most recently, my experience with purchasing at CJESLNA was less than satisfying. In spite of the fact that they assert they offer a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, I was disappointed by the quality of their customer support. The representatives' responses to my inquiries were unhelpful, and they gave the impression that they had no interest in assisting me. In addition, the variety of products that could be purchased was extremely restricted, and as a result, I was forced to make do with things that did not cater to my requirements. When compared to other online stores that cater to people who enjoy being outdoors, CJESLNA is lacking in both diversity and originality of product. The quality of the merchandise I was sent was, unfortunately, below average. The equipment I bought to use for my various outdoor pursuits did not stand up well and was prone to breaking. This was particularly aggravating considering that CJESLNA advertises that it sells products of a high quality. The purchasing experience I had at CJESLNA was, on the whole, less than satisfying for me. Because of their terrible customer service, inadequate product selection, and subpar quality, I am hesitant to suggest this business to other people who are interested in outdoor activities.
