I like that we can see what our competition are doing with their social media platforms.

It's also good for us as it helps in building up relationships within business networks which allows me access into new markets/customers! The only thing i dislike about this software package so far (aside from not being able to schedule posts) Is how long its taking to load pages etc when using mobile devices such as tablets & smartphones - sometimes takes forever!! So if you're looking at having an online presence then definitely consider purchasing this product because of all there features including tracking competitor activities, managing your own blog or website through them etc they have everything covered. We've been monitoring competitors activity since before launch day by way of twitter hashtags #trinityx.
