I wear a chest size of 52/54", and although I couldn't wear it with a coat underneath, the elastic band fits for the summer. There are also adjustable shoulder straps. I'm not exactly used to it, wearing something as big as a bra, but I think that's how it's supposed to fit.(It's actually lower, but doesn't look like it's right down there.) The webbing and stitching seem to be of decent quality .Will let you guys know how it survives long term.Overall happy with the price and I'm sure it will suit a slimmer person with more flexibility.
