I had this Phaser Lock Out cam lock kit installed on my 2010 Ford F150. After installing them, my truck stopped making noise and the engine ran much better. If you have a 4.6 or 5.4 liter F150 V8 and it makes a knocking noise, replace the camshaft position sensor and install this phaser cam lock kit in it.
