So it's pretty easy, as is the installation. They come in a nice case with a screwdriver for installation. I just don't understand why you get 2 concave in the small size, 2 convex in the medium size, and then 1 each in the tall size. I think 1 of each should be default or maybe even let us choose. Either way, they work and allow you to easily change the height (literally). Even control freaks will still work on it.
