I managed to research on the internet and adjust some settings at home until it could communicate with this personal scanner. It turned out to be as easy as changing a fuse! After it was able to communicate with my personal scanner I knew it was fixed and the runaways were gone! This scanner saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to take it to the store for repairs. I would probably pay for unnecessary repairs in the process. I am very thankful and happy to have this product!
