Review on Portable Neck Fan Operated Handheld by Lisa Appleman

Neck fans with a nice trick

We're going to Florida in June, so personal cooling is a must. They had a great trick so we decided to give it a try. The good first: They charge fairly quickly, have decent battery life (on the lowest setting), and can be split apart. on which the fans sit. The sticks are attached to hard plastic, which means they're not very flexible except for a couple of pivot points just below the fan blades. Also, since each fan is a separate unit with its own battery, both batteries must be charged to use both fans. A splitter is included so you can charge both with one charger. However, if you lose or forget it, you're out of luck. Finally, the hard plastic part of the neck just isn't very comfortable, making me want to carry almost 2 fans around without one, and if I'm going to do that, why bother with this device at all? Instead, I can buy a handheld fan with better battery life and more power. A great idea. I hope someone can use this as a starting point to really excel at what they are trying to do. 3 stars because there is nothing particularly bad, just nothing very good.

Pros
  • Household fans
Cons
  • I don't like it that much, everything is fine
