I can't in good faith suggest KitNSox as a store to buy apparel, shoes, or jewelry as someone who cares about fashion. Their selection is antiquated and uninspired, and the quality is poor. The garments are uncomfortable to wear since they are ill-fitting and constructed of low-quality materials. Equally unimpressive is their selection of shoes, which come in outmoded and uncomfortable designs. And let's not even talk about their jewels. The accessories are of poor quality and appear more at home in a kid's dress-up wardrobe than on an adult. Their poor customer service only makes things worse. When I asked for assistance because I had a problem with a recent purchase, I was addressed with indifference. It was obvious that they didn't give a damn about how I felt as a consumer. To sum up, avoid KitNSox at all costs if you value your sense of style and comfort. They are a fashion disaster waiting to happen, and their poor customer service and product quality are intolerable.
