cute but insecure
I love this bag but I've only used the bag 8 times and the cute long zipper tag came off and the zipper won't close at that end. Not only was this minimal use, I don't take my handbag to work, it stays in the trunk so I've carried the bag to the car and back to the house 5 times which means I didn't use zippers. Of course I missed the return date.
